Dublin Roadshow 2013

Neopost Ireland were on the road again with Tharstern and Ricoh

The Hilton Airport Hotel on the Malahide Road, played host to the latest Neopost Ireland roadshow yesterday. The event drew a huge crowd from the local print and sign-making sectors, all eager to see the latest technology from Neopost Ireland, Tharstern and Ricoh.

It was great to see so many familiar faces and it definitely felt as if there was an air of optimism returning to the industry. All through the day there was a steady flow of print professionals, all keen to see some kit in action and with equipment from brands like Roland, Duplo, Multigraf, Neopost and Ricoh there was plenty to see.

On the day there was particular interest in the new Multigraf Creaser/ Perforator machine, the CP375 touchline. This wasn't a surprise, the Multigraf CP375 touchline is an impressive piece of kit. A key advantage of this machine is that the perforating function works off a solenoid which allows the perforating to be turned on and off as the sheet passes through the machine.

The touchline model handles paper stocks up to 400gsm perforating, creasing and folding in a single operation. It really is a dream come true for many print professionals frustrated by the limitations of there existing equipment.

There was a lot of interest in Tharstern's Print MIS solutions and the Ricoh cut proved to be a big draw as well. As ever, Wide format printing proved very popular, with particular interest in the Roland XR-640 and our specialist printers, the Roland LEF-12 and Roland BN20.

These machines were running non-stop for demo after demo. We went through some amount of media. Luckily, we know someone who does great deals on brands like Hexis, Fujifilm and Torraspapel ;)

So another great event on the Neopost Ireland Roadshow calendar. Next up Belfast with Tharstern and DWS in the beautiful Stormont Hotel. We can't wait.
